ABOUT BTMS
BTMS stands for BRIDGING the gap, TRANSFORMING to S/4HANA and MANAGING your SAP projects and programs.

BTMS can significantly de-risk your SAP business transformation by identifying and bridging the gap within the overall transformation journey. We work as an extended arm to your organization, delivering program management related services only.

We are SAP Business and Technology consultants with many years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration programs. On the SAP S/4HANA migration program, we are able to assist right from the Comprehensive Assessment to Business Case justification. We have the experienced and certified SAP Migration Project Managers to deliver such projects.

Directed by Vikash Roy Chowdhury, our leadership has more than 50 years of executive management background. We have worked together in different contexts in the past 10 years. We have built SAP S/4HANA consultancy businesses and we have managed large, global transformation programs. We also have a team of very experienced program managers having a successful SAP transformation background.

Our key focus areas are SAP S/4HANA migration, SAP S/4HANA FINANCE transformation, driving SAP projects and programs, and the delivery of business KPIs through SAP Analytics Cloud.

You have a 100% commitment to program management quality and to your customers' success, and that we as a team deliver on time. You also have the ability to tie the results from SAP BSR and from SAP VLM to the detailed program plan and to ensure there is a red line from decision to implementation.

We only undertake assignments, where we have the capability - and the probability - to deliver successfully - meaning that we are willing to stretch the borders; but not to step over them.

Your time will be spent a little on sales, and a lot on advisory services and transformation consultancy.

You are an experienced SAP program/project manager having a number of years' of SAP S/4 HANA transformation/migration leadership experience, including either green field transformation, brown field transformation or lift and shift experience.

You are certified in one or more SAP areas - SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA.

You have experience in working with SAP BSR and SAP VLM either by defining the input for the tools or by using the results from them in your performance reports.
